At Koraput town you can get few simple hotels at the Guest House or Private Hotel in Koraput like Raj, Hill view etc. Toursim department has made a Yatrinivas which is not yet on opertation. However, the adjacent towns like Jeypore & Similiguda have better options of hotels such as Sai krishna, Apasara & lemon castle at Similiguda are famous. Koraput is one of the most picturesque valleys in Odisha which is known for its natural beauty, tribal culture, pleasant weather & friendly people.
But unfortunately this has not been destination properly on the tourism map of the state as compared to the coastal places. Though there is a lot to see here at it dist; the Tourism infrastructure is not adequate.
